Long story: My wife and I were looking at homes on the Baldwin county side of the bay. We used Realtor.com and sent out a contact form into the ether. We were BEYOND lucky when our information was sent to Donna. Even in the initial call, it felt like she listened to exactly what we were saying. She was quick to put together potential properties for us to browse, even while being extremely busy herself. We definitely put her up against a timeline, we wanted to find a home within 4 weeks.
